This penthouse is in excellent condition and has lots of outdoor space both covered and also uncovered that really allows one to enjoy the Spanish climate. Probably the best penthouse we have seen in Santa Clara. Santa Clara is located just five minutes outside Marbella town and close to the excellent beaches of East Marbella.
