We are pleased to present this magnificent villa with an exceptional design, located in Malaga East area, precisely in the lower part of Pedregalejo neighborhood. The house was built based on outstanding quality, comfort, safety and design requirements, which makes it so unique. And it is also unique because of the way it adapts to the traditional environment of a neighborhood like Pedregalejo.

It is a two-story house with a basement. The plot is rectangular surrounded by vegetation. We find a front porch and parking place at the entrance, and a beautiful garden with a pool at the back part of the plot.

We access to the house through a spacious hall with double height and large windows. Light plays an important role throughout the house, and even more at the entrance. From the hall there is the staircase that leads to the upper floor bedrooms and also a wide corridor that leads to the kitchen, the living and dining room area, and the garden at the end. The ground floor also has an office and a bathroom, which could also be used as an additional bedroom for guests. The kitchen is beautiful. It is divided into two areas, one for the kitchen with a central island and a breakfast bar, and an ideal area for laundry, with direct access to the hanging laundry area. The minimalist design in white kitchen furniture, contrasts with the hydraulic tile that provides warmth and a taste for tradition. The living room is divided into a living area next to the fireplace, and a dining area. Both rooms are visually connected to the garden through huge windows. We highlight the design details such as the wonderful shelving that wraps around the corner towards the dining room, the Scandinavian design fireplace, the height of the ceilings, the size of the windows facing the garden, and most of all, the magic of a well thought out and executed project.

The upper floor is used for bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Japanese-style bathtub and a dressing room. There are two children's bedrooms that share a bathroom with a fun vintage design, and in additional, we have a fourth bedroom and a third bathroom. The upper floor has a room for storing clothes, and we find a practical chute that sends dirty clothes directly to the laundry area. We highlight in the design of the upper floor the sloping ceilings of the master bedroom, the creative design of the bathrooms, each one different and all with exterior windows. The wooden floors, very warm, in contrast to the industrial style of the gray ceramic on the ground floor.

The basement is a diaphanous space ventilated by an English patio system, which consists of ventilating through patios built at the the basement's level and covered by a grid at the garden's level. This is a large open space that can be used as a playroom, cinema room or storage area.

The house has solar panels for hot water, gas-fired radiators, and air conditioning in a false ceiling, with grids strategically integrated into the false ceiling. The kitchen has a gas hob and an electric hob. PVC double glazed and unbreakable windows, the blinds are electric with an anti-theft system. The house has an alarm and video surveillance system. There is an elevator that connects the three floors. An elongated swimming pool has been built on the plot and there is a large garage at the entrance covered with a pergola with capacity for 2 cars.
